FIRST, WHAT IS THE ROGUE MOON?

When I launched Tommyhawk's Fantasy World over ten years ago, my policy was simple...to provide gay erotica that was more than crude ramblings about men having sex. I wanted to offer stories that were STORIES, with actual plots and situations and adventure and, basically, everything you get in every other genre of writing out there. I let my stories range anywhere and everywhere they could, telling tales of men loving men in all scenarios. This included stories where the characters were under the age of 18 years old, stories of sex between family members, and stories where the sex was rough rather than tender. As long as it was a story, I would write it.

But times have changed in this country, and not always for the better. The laws in this land have always been for freedom of speech, the right to write about ANYTHING and have the right to let others read it. The same freedom extended to the drawn image. As long as you kept such images and stories out of the hands of children, you were permitted to give free reign to your fantasies.

But times have changed, as I have said. The law of the USA no longer permit people to draw an image of a character that "appears" to be under the age of 18 having sex, you can't draw them, you can't own them, you can't share them! You can actually break the law in this country by doodling with a pencil on a piece of paper! For that reason, I had to yank and destroy over 130 images on my stories, and you will find those holes on my site.

The law still doesn't forbid the written word. However, other barriers now exist, which is that major credit cards now forbid their use in selling any material of some subject matter. The US law doesn't forbid it, only the credit card companies, and through them, the billing companies that help me process my credit card transactions back in my Fantasy World site.

Thus, the Rogue Moon, a site where these stories can still be read.

SO HOW CAN I GET INSIDE THE ROGUE MOON AND READ THOSE STORIES?

Well, I still don't want children reading these things. But how can I prevent it without the help of a credit card company making the price of entrance a credit card, which is only given to adults? I have resorted to the theory that they can't read what they can't FIND! So what you see at the main entrance is a "Search Grid." Somewhere inside that grid of webpages inside more webpages inside still more webpages is the Rogue Moon, the site which holds all the stories. And it moves around every few days, so a search engine can't give a direct link over to it.

So all you need to get inside and visit the stories of the Rogue Moon is the location. For that, you need to obtain a Rogue Moon Report, which tell you exactly where to click on that search grid, which quadrant, which sector inside the quadrant, and which planet inside the sector.

OKAY, TO VISIT THE ROGUE MOON, I HAVE TO BUY A ROGUE MOON REPORT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

There are several ways.

The simplest is to join Tommyhawk's Fantasy World, where you will always find the latest Rogue Moon Report easily available. That costs your membership fee, of course, which is $3.00 for 120 days (I will be closing the paysite area permanently on March 1, 2012, sorry!), but it is the easiest, quickest method. There is NO link to the Rogue Moon inside the Fantasy World, and that is the direct result of the credit card billing company's policy, as I have said. I never wanted to yank these stories and never wanted to set up a second site just of stories about man/boy sex, incest and rape. I have been forced to if I want people to read these stories, and I want them to read these stories. Also, I want the money I get from selling these stories so I can afford to keep on writing more and continuing my primary goal, to turn gay erotica into a true story genre, and give a lot of men of all ages a chance to see a positive view of gay life. It was a gay-positive story that opened my own eyes...I want to do it for others!

Ahem, back to the subject. If the Fantasy World isn't your preference for whatever reason, you can always figure out a way to send me a payment just for the Rogue Moon Reports.

HOW DO I BUY JUST THE ROGUE MOON REPORTS?

The fee schedule comes in two choices, either "by report" or "by time frame."

PAYMENT BY REPORT
EACH REPORT IS $1.00, YOU CAN BUY UP TO FIVE AT A TIME
When you pay "by report," the first Rogue Report will be sent immediately upon receipt and processing of your payment. After that, you write to me and TELL me when you want the further reports.

PAYMENT BY TIME FRAME
FOUR MONTHS IS $3.00
When you pay "by time frame," you will receive the first Rogue Moon Report when your account is activated and more as often as the Rogue Moon moves about for the length of time you pay for (the period starts upon the first report being sent, so if you sign up for a year and I send the first report to you on March 5, 2008, then you will get them until March 5, 2009. All Rogue Moon Reports will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to me with your payment. And yes, you can change your e-mail address when you need to! And if you thinking, "Hey, that's the same price as a Fantasy World membership, why don't I just join there and get the Rogue Moon Reports that way...well, yeah, why don't you??? Still, if you insist on only access to Rogue Moon, I'll go along with you.

IF YOU CAN'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS, WHERE AND HOW CAN I PAY YOU?

I said the Fantasy World option was the quickest and easiest, didn't I? The other options are obvious, if a lot slower; you can send me payment by mail, sending either cash or check (US funds only) or a US Postal Money Order (other money orders are NOT accepted, sorry!).

No, sorry, but remember it was not my idea to rule out the use of credit cards here, it was the credit card companies. I'm just trying to work around their requirements. You can e-mail me if you have any other ideas on how to send me payment. I will cooperate and register with any payment site besides Paypal (I NEED my Paypal account, sorry, so it's not an option!) to receive such funds, and will get booted from them as need be, if it'll help anybody. Better we keep that all quiet, though, don't you think?

Well...yes, if you can figure out where among the 12,500 locations the Rogue Moon is currently lurking. I even intend to make a game of it, so you can visit the other planets and see if any of them can help you find it. If the planet has been visited recently by the Rogue Moon, the inhabitant there will remember it and say so, and give you a hint as to where it went when it left them. Of course, some of these aliens are lying, and some planetary systems don't HAVE any inhabitants to talk to, and some don't speak English, and some...well, you get the idea. My intent is to give any such attempts one helluva ride usually ending in failure, and yet, if he's lucky and perseveres, he may strike it rich and be able to read my stories for free...until it moves again in a few days!

CAN I SHARE THE ROGUE MOON REPORTS WITH OTHER PEOPLE?

I will make no attempt to stop you from doing so. I will however point out that sharing such content with minors IS against the law of the USA. You can suffer some rather outlandish penalties for doing so. Also, every major newsgroup doesn't allow any links to stories of this nature (the same sort of corporate restrictions that forced me to yank them from my Fantasy World) and you run the risk of having your entire newsgroup deleted for doing such a thing. Beyond that, be my guest! I'm counting on my frequent moves to keep such sharing a frustrating and uneven experience. Better to spend a couple of bucks and end the problem once and for all, isn't it?
